I cannot say enough good things about the recent service we received from Jodi at Visa Angels. We had reached the 21st month of our temporary visa and needed to apply for the permanent visa. Jodi explained all the documentation we would need in easy and clear terms. We live in Salinas so everything needed to be done via emails. We sent her the pdf files of our paperwork, and the next day she sent us the application to sign. We sent her the signed application on the 15th of May, and on the 20th of May received our permanent visas. Wow, is all I can say. Great job Jodi.

Even during this Covid 19 shutdown, Jodie Mansfield and Sara Carcamo got my permanent Visa done. They worked miracles over the internet and through emails with Gio their wonderful driver bringing and picking up all that was needed for documentation.
2 Years ago Jodie did all my initial work along with my friend Patricia Black's then too. We were both delighted by her help then and astonished that they managed to do it for our permanent visa's just as well this time in such difficult times. They really are Angels.
I have heard so many nightmares about other expats attempts to get their visas and cedulas through other facilitators. Some have spent ridiculous amounts of money and still never got theirs. But Jodie, Sara and Gio at Visa Angels made it all a very smooth process and charged far more reasonably than any other service I have ever heard of.
I would have found them reasonable at twice their price.

My wife and I just received our 2-year temporary residency visas. Jodie Mansfield and her entire staff were wonderful every step of the way. They are professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive. Prior to employing them, they met with us on our initial trip to Cuenca and explained the process, the service they provide, the true cost and many other details. They wanted to make sure we were comfortable with them and that they were a good fit for us. After returning to the United States to prepare for our move to Cuenca, we knew exactly what to do to get all the necessary documents. When we had questions about the documents or anything related to moving to Ecuador, they were promptly answered. Once we arrived back in Cuenca the filing process began immediately. We were apprised of every step and accompanied by either Jodie or an assistant to each government office appointment. Their familiarity with the process and the people involved in it reassured us that we were in good hands. The Visa Angels are also a wealth of information regarding all aspects of life here. Because our good friend, Jodie Mansfield, isn’t making her pickles right now, she is selling us the lids she has for her jars. At times like these you never know where your “Angels” are and just how they are watching over you. Because of Jodie we will continue making foods that you are asking for but how long they will last depends on you.
