Mandatory fully vaccinated people only allowed to visit/arrive in Ecuador

We wanted to let you know that if you are coming to Ecuador you must be fully vaccinated and you will need to present proof of a Negative PCR test within 72 hours of boarding your plane. I have seen nothing regarding exemptions for fully vaccinated. This new mandate when into effect beginning of December 2021.
